Spannung. Leistung. Widerstand. is a book and music compilation by the label ZickZack, which was released in 2006. It contains music from the German Democratic Republic, ranging from 1979 to 1990.

The book which was released in 2006 has 192 pages and is written in German. It tells the story about the underground music culture in the German Democratic Republic, through interviews with the people involved (Like Flake) and many illustrations.

The 2 CD’s in this compilation include many songs from different projects where Paul and/or Flake where involved in.

On september 22nd 2006 an evening celebration took place at Volksbühne in Berlin for the book release. Some of the compositions of the CD’s were played during this evening, and Flake participated in 3 songs (as a singer!).
